As the Cherry Mash centers are mixed, the color, flavor and crushed cherries are stirred into the mass.

The centers are formed, or “extruded” shortly after they are made.

The centers are coated or “enrobed” with the chopped peanuts and chocolaty coating.  The full sized bar is coated twice.
